This is a great product. Very sturdy and very heavy. It's not going anywhere soon. Pay the extra money to have safe movers place it in your house. Especially if there are stairs. It's a three-man lift with equipment... three very large men. The mechanical lock is worth the wait. An electronic lock won't do you any good if the electronics are fried.
